- WHAT'S INCLUDE
Two types of misrepresentation. Both fixable.
Google flags misrepresentation when your ads, landing pages, or product listings do not accurately represent what you are selling. The triggers vary but the fix process is specific and documented.

GOOGLE MERCHANT ACCOUNT

- HOW IT WORK
Four steps from suspended to reinstated.
The same process whether you choose DIY or done for you. The difference is who executes steps two and three.
Account access and audit
You share read access to your Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts. We review every campaign, landing page, product feed, and policy page for violation triggers.
Violations identified and prioritised
Every issue documented with priority order. DIY clients receive the full report and checklist. Done for you clients: we begin fixing immediately.
Fixes made and verified
Landing pages, policy pages, feed corrections, and account settings corrected. Every fix verified against Google's policy requirements before the appeal is submitted.
Appeal submitted and followed up
Appeal letter submitted to Google. If Google requests additional information, we respond. Done for you engagement stays open until reinstatement is confirmed.
- COMMON QUESTION
What people ask before starting.
Can you guarantee reinstatement?
No, and anyone who guarantees reinstatement is not being honest with you. Google makes the final decision. What we can guarantee is that every fixable violation is identified and corrected before the appeal is submitted, and the appeal is written to Google's specific requirements. That gives your account the best possible chance of reinstatement.
How long does reinstatement take after
the appeal is submitted?
Google typically reviews appeals within 3 to 5 business days. Some accounts are reinstated faster, some take longer, particularly if Google requests additional documentation. For done for you clients, we respond to any follow up requests from Google until the account is reinstated.
My Merchant Center is suspended but my Google Ads account is fine. Does this cover that?
Yes. The audit and fix process covers both Google Ads account suspensions and Merchant Center misrepresentation disapprovals, whether one or both are affected. If only your Merchant Center has been flagged, the scope is focused there. The price is the same.
Should I choose DIY or done for you?
DIY is right if you are comfortable making changes to your website, product feed, and Google accounts yourself and you just need to know exactly what to fix. Done for you is right if you want it handled completely, want it resolved as fast as possible, or have already tried fixing it and the appeal was rejected. Get in touch and we will give you an honest recommendation based on what we see in your account.
I submitted an appeal and it was rejected.
Can you still help?
Yes. A rejected appeal does not close the process. It usually means the underlying violations were not fully resolved before the appeal was submitted, or the appeal did not address Google's specific concerns. We audit what was missed, fix what was not addressed, and submit a new appeal with a stronger case.
What if the violations come back
after reinstatement?
The done for you service fixes the root cause, not just the symptoms. Policy pages, landing page claims, and feed alignment are corrected in a way that holds. If a new violation is triggered after reinstatement due to a different issue, that would be treated as a separate engagement.
