    WHO THIS FAR

eCommerce stores and local service businesses spending on Google Ads.

If your campaigns are running but the results are not matching the spend, that is what we fix.

πŸš—

Auto Parts and Accessories

High SKU count, fitment complexity, competitive CPCs. Need smart feed segmentation and search campaigns that reach the right buyers, not low-intent traffic.

πŸ›οΈ

Shopify and eCommerce Stores

Shopping or PMax campaigns not converting. Feed issues, poor campaign structure,
or tracking gaps quietly eating into your margin every month.

🏭

B2B Wholesale and Distribution

Longer sales cycles, bulk order buyers, and no clear data on which search terms are generating qualified trade enquiries versus low-intent traffic.

πŸ”§

Home Services and Trades

HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical businesses spending on Google Ads with no reliable way to track which campaigns are driving booked jobs.

βš–οΈ

Professional Services

Legal, dental, medical, and financial practices getting clicks but not qualified enquiries. Campaigns need tighter keyword control and proper conversion tracking.

πŸ“

Multi-location Service Businesses

Franchise or multi-branch operations needing structured Google Ads campaigns per location, with consolidated reporting across all markets in one dashboard.

    CLINTS SITUATIONS

Problems Canadian businesses bring to us.

Each situation below is a problem type we have solved. Most engagements started with one specific issue before growing into ongoing work.

eCommerce Manager β€” Industrial and MRO Supplies
Spend climbing every month while conversions were falling.

Products were disapproved in Merchant Center across a large portion of the catalogue. Incorrect GTINs on the feed were causing Shopping campaign underperformance. Conversion leakage had been running undetected for six months with no one connecting the decline to the feed issues.

Disapproved β€” GTIN errors

Disapproved β€” price mismatch
16%
What we did
Audited and corrected the full product feed including GTIN mapping. Resolved Merchant Center disapprovals and resubmitted the catalogue. Rebuilt Shopping campaign structure around margin and product priority.
eCommerce Director β€” Auto Parts and Accessories
Performance Max spending the full budget on low-margin accessories.

PMax had full catalogue access with no product segmentation or asset group structure. Google was allocating the majority of the budget to low-margin accessories and clearance items while high-margin core products received minimal impressions. ROAS looked acceptable in aggregate but was masking a structural margin problem.

High-margin core products

Mid-margin accessories
54%
Clearance and low-margin items
28%
What we did
Restructured PMax into segmented asset groups by product margin tier. Excluded clearance items and set inventory filters to prioritise high-margin SKUs. Rebuilt feed labels to give Google the signals needed to allocate spend correctly.
Operations Director β€” B2B Wholesale and Distribution
Catalogue sales and quote requests both counted as one conversion number.

Quote request forms were firing no conversion events in Google Ads. Catalogue purchases and quote leads were counted together in reporting. Phone calls were not tracked at all with no visibility on calls from paid search. There was no way to calculate ROAS separately for product sales versus quotable leads.

Conversion tracking β€” before and after
Conversion types tracked (before)
1
Conversion types tracked (after)

Phone calls attributed by source
100%
What we did
Separate GA4 conversion events for purchases, quote forms, and phone calls. Call tracking deployed with paid source attribution. Distinct Google Ads conversion actions per revenue type. Live Looker Studio dashboard showing sales, leads, calls, and channel ROAS side by side.
Owner β€” HVAC and Home Services
Google Ads running for eight months with no way to confirm a single booked job.

Call tracking was not in place. Form submissions were not connected to Google Ads conversion events. The business owner had no visibility into which campaigns, keywords, or ad groups were generating actual booked jobs versus tyre-kicker calls. The account had been optimising toward clicks, not qualified leads.

What we did
Deployed call tracking with keyword-level attribution. Connected form submissions to Google Ads conversion events. Rebuilt campaign structure around service type and location intent. Live dashboard showing calls, forms, cost per lead, and lead source breakdown.
Partner β€” Legal Services
High click volume, a strong Quality Score, and almost no qualified enquiries.

The campaigns were using broad match keywords pulling in research traffic and law student queries rather than people actively looking to retain a lawyer. Negative keyword lists had not been maintained in over a year. The ad copy was generic and not filtering for service-ready intent. Cost per click was high and the leads that did come through were largely unqualified.

27%
What we did
Rebuilt keyword strategy around service-intent and location-specific terms. Switched broad match to phrase and exact. Rebuilt negative keyword lists and added audience layering. Ad copy rewritten to qualify intent before the click. Cost per qualified lead dropped within 60 days.

    COMMON QUESTIONS

What businesses usually ask first.

Is there a minimum ad spend
to work with you?

For eCommerce we work best with stores spending at least $3,000/month on Google Ads. For local leads campaigns, $1,500/month minimum. Below those thresholds there is not enough data to optimise effectively. We will be upfront about this on the first call.

How long before
I see results?

For eCommerce, most accounts show measurable improvement in ROAS within 60 to 90 days. For local leads, qualified lead volume typically improves within 30 to 60 days once tracking and campaign structure are corrected. Month one is always foundation work.

What if I already have an agency
managing my ads?

Not necessarily. We audit what you have first and explain exactly what is working and what is not. If the structure is salvageable we improve it. If it needs a rebuild, we do that in month one before touching anything live.

My campaigns are already running.
Do you start from scratch?

We can review what is running and give you an honest assessment with no obligation to switch. Many clients come to us after finding their existing setup had structural problems that had been running undetected for months.

Do you work with service businesses
outside the major cities?

Yes. We manage Google Ads for service businesses across Canada. Campaign structure, keyword targeting, and bid strategy are adjusted for local search volume and competition regardless of market size. What matters is whether the ad spend budget is sufficient to generate data.

What does the reporting
actually look like?

You get a live Looker Studio dashboard updated daily. eCommerce dashboards show revenue, ROAS, cost per purchase, and spend. Local leads dashboards show calls, form submissions, cost per lead, and lead source. Plus a plain-language written summary every month.
